Ingredients Eggs Pappardelle Filotea 250 gr.:

  • Durum wheat semolina
  • wheat flour (00 type)
  • eggs (30%)

Cooking Time: 4 minutes

Ingredients Ricotta Cheese Sauce 280 gr.:

  • Italian tomato pulp, pasteurized milk ricotta cheese with sheep’s milk and goat’s cheese 20%, red wine, extra virgin olive oil, onion, whole sea salt, sugar, basil and chili pepper.
  • Store in a cool, dry place. Once opened, keep it refrigerated and use within 2 days.
