REGINETTE

The Reginette or Mafaldine owe their name to Queen Mafalda, to whom this pasta was dedicated.
Thanks to their irregular shapes, which recall the lace trimmings on the court dresses of the 19th century, they are able to hold the sauces with which they are prepared in a much more persistent manner.
