Ingredients: extra virgin olive oil, paccasassi* 38 percent, wine vinegar, salt, sugar.

Conero Mussels & Pacasassi Sauce 220 g.| Rinci

Ingredients: tomato pulp 50%, mussels (Mytilus galloprovincialis) (shellfish) 18%, natural mussel juice, double tomato paste, extra virgin olive oil, sunflower seed oil, paccasassi* 2%, corn starch, onion, sugar, salt, garlic powder, acidity regulator: lactic acid, wine vinegar.
